Accommodation and facilities:
The Conveient Resort is terribly run down and set way back in a soi with many stray dogs. The hotel is nothing like the pictures portray. There is a list of items and their cost if any of those items are missing on check out. None of the items on the list were in the room. Light fixtures with no light bulbs, an old school tube tv with no batteries in the remote. We came very close to finding another hotel for the night and just eating the cost of the room. Will not stay here again.

The most difficult booking I have ever had with sawadee.com. It took 4 attempts to pay until, finally, on the 3rd credit card, the payment went through. I only hope our other cards will not be charged for what ended up being a horrible room.

Like an old fashioned hospital, dirty and dated rooms that look absolutely nothing like the pictures on the Internet, old TVs and junk lying around in the gloomy hallways! Hard to communicate with staff as very little English spoken and we re getting frustrated with me! Depressing place to stay on the last day of the holiday! Rats (approx5) scurrying around on the tin roofs of the restaurant and climbing in to the eves of the kitchen/restaurant below - made my skin crawl and could not sleep at night because I felt itchy at the thought of what I was lying on, no where near the hotel to go to, a long walk or taxi ride to the nearest 7/11 or localised bars/restaurants! Never again sorry Sawadee!

Night desk staff and most of the staff nice and polite. Cold A/C Hotel is a bit rundown but I believe they are renovating. I discovered this at 7 AM when I awoke to the sounds of tile being cut and scrapped in the room above me and adjacent rooms. Awesome. Morning front desk lady was a rude **#&# If you don t like your job then find another sweetheart.
