Travel reviews for Natalie House2
Date of stay: Feb 13, 2016
Accommodation and facilities:
The hotel is located at one of the main roads to the beach/center. You need about 10 min to walk to the beach. If you close the windows, you don t hear the noise of the traffic.
The staff was very friendly and tried to help if we had a problem or question.
I can t recommend the breakfast. The quality was very low and for 120 baht per day you get better food outside. And we had to cross the streets, because breakfast is served at natalie house 1 (2min by foot)
The room was on the fith floor and there was no elevator. In the night there was a strong wind coming from the ocean and it was pretty loud because in blow on the balcony.
The room was cleaned every day. We got fresh water, towel (also beach towels) and a good equipment (tv, fridge, safebox, balcony, ac (loud), free wifi.
The hotel was worth the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Some things weren t the best (no elevator, breakfast, noise) but for a short stay it was ok.
The booking was fast and easy (payment via PayPal) but we got no email or something comparable that confirmed our booking.
At the front desk of the hotel, they had no information about our stay! Because we had no booking number, we couldn t proof it. Only because i had a paypal receipt they gave us a room, because they trusted my explanation.
The next day i had to call sawadee, because they didn t answer my sms and there was no email contact possible . So after a 15€/600baht call (for 5min) i got a booking number.
This number didn t help so the front desk manager had to call sawadee again. At least they got better information.
Because of this fact, we wasn t allowed to get breakfast at the first morning.
All together we were not happy with this service. I m not sure if can recommend sawadee by now.
